The probably should so that they don't confuse people. But its not necessary, the share agreement was included in the 8k filed on December 31st.

"Share Exchange Agreement, a copy of which is attached to the Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.1 which was filed with the Commission on December 31, 2013and is incorporated herein by reference."
