David Foley: What was in the Foxconn boxes in the pic you tweeted from the US warehouse?


When the FBI investigates NTEK, as I believe they will, they can check the US Customs and Border importation database and see if NTEK had imported the NP-1 from Foxconn in China by David Foley's Twitter post and pic on 22 January.

If there is no Customs record of the importation by that date (22 January), Foley will have a securities fraud count added for his post on Twitter and as confirmed by him here (above) as containing NP-1 electronic gizmos in the US warehouse on or before 22 January 2014.
