Well no I do not agree even though I am usually conservative with these things.

I think commercialization will be this year as indicated by JN and also by the talk of discussions with 2 organizations. The acquisition is now about as close to a "done deal" as you get - that should help those with so much impatience for the solar cell- well worth waiting for in my opinion.
