I like your analysis, i think this week we can get back to the .01 area but will have some strong resistance getting much past that with all the flippers and will have a pullback to the .007 area where it will consolidate and build a new base. As substantial news comes along the second push through a penny will be much easier and take us to that .04 area provided the right news continues.
Hard to speculate beyond that, as far as the uplisting goes, based on what I have learned in my DD I do think there is the possibility, but as we both know that it rarely happens from this level so not many will put much faith in that imho
