This company is as transparent as the black oil it supposedly pumps out of the wells that are supposedly going to be producing in 18 months.

Seriously for 3 months Floyd has been promising the Bakken deal and you guys have held on to that ray of hope. I told you about the lawsuit against Phoenix Energy and the same 5% that they tried to hustle another company even though everyone said it was Hall Phoenix and I was wrong. Believe me when I tell you even if the deal is legit and Phoenix Energy does own a 5% stake in a well NO ONE will finance a deal worth 10 Million Dollars when one of the companies involved is being sued for fraud for that same 5% position. It's time to let go. Teach the man that he cannot do this to people anymore. If no one bought the next to worthless shares he would have no money. 18 months is a long time at $.002 hoping he isn't stringing you along again. Take your loses or earnings and try and recoup it from another investment. I'm not a basher or a pumper I got pissed off because this company lied to everyone. I sold my shares for a small profit when I found out about the lawsuit. Do the same and don't let Floyd take advantage of you or anyone else anymore. That is the only way swindlers and whatever else you want to call him learn a lesson.
Sorry this turned into a long post I came back today to see how everyone was handling this bad news and reading the board for laughs but it isn't funny anymore.
Teach Floyd a lesson and try and recoup your losses from a real transparent company (or at least one that is even remotely transparent compared to this one)
