Okay, here is my take on the PR ...

When I was talking with Peter Jacobs, who is the vending consultant, he told me that they would have rather started with Colorado than Arizona and already had set things in motion to start inking deals with dispensaries there. HOWEVER, as far as my memory about Monday serves me, one of the principals in the company is good friends with the PARC owner and the PARC guy was begging to get the first machine. Peter was not that enthused about PARC because Arizona is so tough with regulation. I think he is actually relieved (and all the rest of them too) that PARC didn't agree to ink. My feeling from being in business is that PARC may have wanted favors or a placement fee for being the first on the block. Screw PARC! I am relieved! Colorado is the groundswell. Lots of machines, easier software and verification programming, and no BS from people like PARC.

Oh, and the tax issue is totally irrelevant. ERBB is not legally allowed to own the MJ, only provide dispensing. They receive a lease fee for each machine but really nice processing fees. What does the tax have to do with it? The dispensaries pay the tax or the customer does, not ERBB! Do a little DD before you make statements like that.

Anyway, I am relieved about dropping PARC and also eager to add shares. I thought I couldn't grab anymore as the price was going to gap up tomorrow, but we have some short term yahoos here who will bail because they don't see the lemonade made from the lemons. I will increase my position now on the morning drop and wait for the Colorado announcement.

Honestly, all of you, David and company are relieved and this is going to turn out better.

Oh, and lastly, thanks in advance for the shares!

Kindly, Chessman
