For gosh sake everyone calm the hell down. Its like you never seen this dog and pony show before on a penny stock.

First off the PR isnt bad, what is says in a shutshell is hey, we dont have a deal in a non friendly pot stock so we are moving to find a deal with a POT FRIENDLY state instead.

Could end up being bigger than what it was with this other joker they had in Arizona or whatever.

Now calm down, tomorrow we are fine
