Standard practice in pinky land imo... there are 2 ways this can be done. 1 to screw shareholders and line managements pockets. 2 leverage the PPS to raise money at its high based on yet non public info to entice outside investment.

My money is on the second option. Although I would of much rather see them use common shares to get any deals done. When management uses the same shares we own it just sits a lot better with the average shareholder.
