where are the sites selling this cheap Chinese equipment and what is the quality like?

If China produces quality systems that are worth it to carry, do you not think they would be included?

do 80% of the other grow products sold get bypassed as well?

I hold a few galaxy ballasts and they haven't failed me yet. I got a cheaply made HIDhut ballast one time that failed within 3 months.

It's a great question, but not one that causes me any worry. Will respond more in depth when I get home.
