Initial Perspective on Failed PARC Agreement
Thats is just one location in 25+ states that now allow medical marijuana.
While it takes some wind from the sails, I would not say it is devastating.
I do think it was a little premature to make the announcement of a deal to put the Zazz machine in PARC if the details were not squared away first.

I also think this could be the news the shorts wanted to bring the sector down.

And if Obama mentions cannabis in the address tonight, this will just be a blip on the radar.
