Matthew Moffa gave copies of the medtronic corevalve LLC vs Edwards lifesciences corp, 8:11-cv-961.

It's a similar case and a couple of the earlier patents were not properly cited effectively "breaking" the patent chain. This allowed the court to enact rule 120.
