Not a chance, dude. These are new auditors and they have years of prior records, stock ledgers, board resolutions, contracts, and receipts/invoices to go over and contact people to verify things.
That is assuming that, unlike the past claims of NTEK, this time that really do have an auditor and let them do an audit.
History suggests this is just another "we intend to have an audit in 20__" and it never happens. Lather, rinse, repeat.
