Wrong. In the course of doing an audit of NTEK, the auditors will ask numerous questions on many occasions to the person who signed off on contracts, expenditures, and major financial transactions. They need the original person to explain things to them - and that is done by personal communications during the whole course of the audit process.
But very soon YOU will be in Federal prison and unable to transact business and respond to auditor's inquiries or be interviewed by them as they work their way through the auditing process and questions inevitably arise - LOTS of them.
But you won't be able to answer them once you're in prison until you are released from custody - 20.4 months after you enter.
Ooops-whoops!
