RNN is listed on NYSE AMEX. There was a requirement that a stock had to be above $1.00 or be subject to being delisted and sent to 'pink sheets" I don't know what the requirement is now, but in the past if a co was in delisting purgatory they would declare a reverse split to jack up the price of the stock. so 1 for 5 and the stock is now $4.95instead of $0.99.

Just gets more room to fall.
