bob if you're referring to bob, his fate is in his own hands. he can either reflect on the past and recognize that people have legimate concerns about his behavior, and change, or ignore what is being said and continue on. IMO if he does the latter ihub will never be a success.

If you're referring to gabard, if his selections turn out as badly as some have, then he'll fall by the wayside, also.
