Irrational fear is not warranted here! The principals of Kalo would be looking at jail time if they knowingly filed a false report with the SEC and they know that!! The fact they are NOT hiring big time investor relations firms and/or putting out fluff news releases should give experienced investors confidence. In my opinion, Kalo knows what it has and what it will be worth and feels no need to bolster the share price with such antics. Savvy investors also know this and are quietly accumulating stock at these artificially low prices.
