Hey Billion

I know that you are way more in tune with PHOT that I am, that is obvious.....
Lets just say for the sake of argument that PHOT does have good positive news, why is it beneficial to PHOT and investors alike that they wait until after 2/7 (Vote) to release said news?

I on the other hand believe that IF they did have good news(But I do not believe that) they would release it prior to the vote, because I believe the increase will cause a catastrophic drop in the PPS, and the following week it will again have a catastrophic drop in the PPS because I do not believe that their earnings report will come close to predictions.......(That is if they do release a quarterly) I believe they will wait until April to release a Annual forgetting about the quarterly.....
