Yes, I can name companies that filed a Form-15 & uplisted
(as I have said). Just as I can demonstrate PRECISELY where
the company has discussed the 40mm shares going into escrow
as collateral to their manufacturer in order to establish a L.O.C.
(Line Of Credit) for LONG-TERM Manufacturing Needs.

The company HAS ALSO SAID those shares will be RETIRED TO
TREASURY, after they have fulfilled their purpose, which
renders the O/S @ 488mm within 2014.

ASSUMING THEY DO NOTHING ELSE. But, we should expect about
$3mm in budgeted SHARE BUYBACKS starting in July!!!
