People have been trying to time VRNG for two years now. No one cares about your pity party of not being able to find anything on the Internet or what your time horizon is. Try calling HJJ and asking him what he thinks if you can't find anything credible enough for yourself; or spend your time investing in all the quarterlies that have been coming out if you want a quick buck. You'll have better luck with both of those strategies rather than guessing the best time to get in and out of VRNG if last week wasn't a good enough time for you.
