Knowing when to sell TRTC is important.

I would look to sell if revenues were decreasing, or stagnating at some point in the next years.

As long as the company can increase revenues every quarter, and year after year then it is wise to hold.

Let's say the company did. $2.4 million in revenue in 2013. Compare that to $553 thousand in 2012.

2012 - $553,000
2013 - $2,400,000 (increase of more than 400%

Now they just opened a new 5 acre greenhouse in NJ.(see PR from yesterday) This greenhouse will do on it's own $10 million per year, or $2.5 million per quarter. They will gradually fill it though 2014. So expect Q1 $625K in additional revenue from the new greenhouse alone, in Q2 $1.5 million, in Q3 $1.875, and in Q4 $2.5 million. This give you a total of $6.25 million in 2014 just from the greenhouse.

So you have $2.4 million from 2013 without the greenhouse, and Q1, and half of Q2 without edible garden. Full year with edible garden without greenhouse would be then around $3 million.

So you need to add for 2014
$3 million from pre greenhouse revenue
$6.25 million new greenhouse not yet full capacity.
$XXX from Palm Creek florida deal.
$XXX from Heartland growers Indiana deal.
Let's speculate that those two new growers bring in a very conservative $2 million for TRTC in 2014.

This brings the total for $2014 to $11.25 million in revenue, which is another year over year gain of more than 400%, actually closer to 500%

None of these number have figured in any Hemp growing they would do if approved in New Jersey.

It also does not figure in revenue from Marijuana should they get a growing, and dispensary license in the state of Nevada. Most likely such a license would not produce revenue until end of 2014, but most likely in 2015.

As new states come on in support of Medical, and recreational Marijuana sales it opens up the potential for TRTC to further increase revenues.

I certainly would not be worrying about when to sell at this point, but rather how can I get more money invested in this company?

I am buying all I can buy as long as they are increasing revenue so quickly. As long as they can more than double revenue year over year I will be buying TRTC.

They will be in this growth phase for many years.

The company's shareprice will also react accordingly.

Estimated share prices.

2014 - $2 to $5
2015 - $5 to $15
2016 - $10 to $25
2017 - $20 to $50

Obviously there are a lot of factors involved, but if you look at the growth rates, and atmosphere for Marijuana legalization then you can see that there will be an explosion of investing interest in the sector as well.

You will never have this opportunity again to get in on the ground floor.

How anybody could be thinking of when to sell at this point is beyond me.

BUY all you can and hold for years!!! I am following this advice.

ENJOY THE RIDE.
