This stock is still alive. I have heard all the arguments against and I agree with your premise, but Bottom line, if I want to go on etrade and buy it, I can. You can not refute that. You can say that it is tax loss etc, but there have been trades after Jan 1st. This stock, though on the bottom, is still alive. Available for new deals etc. Don't insult my intelligence by saying the SEC is keeping this stock trading for tax losses only. It is open and available for new deals.
