After reading about the increase in outstanding shares, I became frightful and skeptical of this stock. That was until I read the GIFT program's agenda. When I read this, it seemed like PHOT is planning on taking over the MJ world. They have a clear, transparent, plan to do it. Yes, there is a risk. But we are looking at the dawn of a new industry. What if PHOT is the head of the pack in it? 2 billion of outstanding shares in the loop. Right now, there is not a billion dollar company in this industry. Someday, there will be. Is this the one??
