We know the WHO's the WHAT's and the WHERE's. We just DONT KNOW the WHEN.

Do people realize that there could be a simple PR that comes out and say this contract is null and void. This can happen next week, next month or even next year.

That is what scares me about the deal, how long is the company going to operate without payments. Is that not a valid concern. If the contract was put in place it should atleast have a part in there how and when the money would be paid for its services.

For the simplest on minds think about this:
How many here told their friend as a child that they will give them a dollar if the friend did something for them. And what was the first thing that came out of your friends mouth...WHEN or PROVE IT

Not at all saying this is a scam right now just saying there is still a BIG unknown to this and its showing in the pps.

Hopefully there are a few more PR's to clear things up. The 1st payment would/should sky rocket this stock, until then its just another penny stock.
