All pumped stocks have a legitimate story behind it. Hence the 8k, the photo's the contract etc...etc

Then then they use Quality stocks which are being paid $20K and so far has been no help as far as I can see.

Then they PR the same info as the 8k

Then they pay a promoter $4,000 to get the word out about the $200M contract. A promoter with a terrible track record to say the least. Guess thats why it was only $4k.

All of this while a claim of $200M is out there waiting to be paid.
The story sounds good but the reaction is telling at this point. There is a big piece of the picture not being told here.

I personally would have liked to hear when and how the money would be disbursed. This way we will have something to look forward to. Right now there are still too many unknowns.
