I don't agree previous 8ks were neutral, no material info. They were positive, and material because they said cohort 1 and 2 met 2 minimum responses criteria to move forward. GERN stock responded positively. I agree today's 8k is negative, but not because they issued 8k, rather because of the content itself - it contained premature termination of AML enrollment without ANY explanation. So stock responded negatively.
