Yea, I hope so but I am not sure they are allowed to legally. While it doesn't make it any less real, it could sour some stomachs. This is all assuming the deal is actually with them and not someone else. Either way, it seems EAPH could provide a good entryway into the Canadian market (or perhaps simply land for growing) for any company eager to enter.
