RIGH - When did the AMNE to TGGI merger take place (date-wise)? They still have separate active trading symbols.

I noticed American Green Group, Inc. (AMNE) is at no bid ($.0001). It has been sitting there since summer of 2010. It has had no real value since the fall of 2009.

Trans Global Group Inc (TGGI) is also at no bid ($.0001). It crashed in the spring of 2010 and has been rubbing elbows with $.0001 since the summer of 2010.

Did the mergers of these two companies actually take place?

If it is the same people involved with all 3 companies it isn't hard to guess where RightSmile Inc (RIGH) might end up eventually = no bid ($.0001)

We were a defendant in a matter entitled The Lebrecht Group, APC vs. Total Identity Corp. , case number 03CC12717 in the Superior Court for Orange County, California, in which the plaintiff sought legal fees and costs totaling approximately $46,286 together with accrued interest, attorney's fees and court costs. On May 4, 2004 a judgment in the amount of approximately $50,714 was awarded to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 10% per annum. In January 2007, Drexel Investments, Inc., an unrelated party, acquired all of the plaintiff’s right, title and interest in the lawsuit and judgment and the judgment was satisfied. In February 2007 we entered into a letter agreement with Drexal Investments, Inc. under which Drexal Investments, Inc. could convert all amounts due under the judgment, excluding all interest earned, into 5,071,400 shares of our common stock valued at $.01. As of March 31, 2007, Drexel had fully converted the judgment into shares of common stock – This paid off a liability and satisfied an outstanding judgment.
