The industry knows this company is gonna launch to the moon. At this point big investors are trying to keep the price regulated on the climb. Easing the volatility, which although great for short term gains (and losses)is less ideal for the long term. A lot of the plays in the sector are running on pure speculation. Look at this recent climb, it's a lot healthier than at the beginning of the month. Better consistent small gains than few sweeping gains.
