Just starting to look into CBMC. I read over the schedule 14a and
I was wondering if anyone here is worried about changing the AS to 2.4B, due to a HK group wanting to buy 400K shares @ 0.005/share. Would this not drop the price back to 0.005 while providing dilution of the stock beyond the 400K shares purchased?

I am wary of a 3-fold dilution.

Is this a legitimate concern?
