IMHO, important is that their operations are just Chinese. Thats where the allegations were pointing to. We will see what comes but I dont hold my breath for the company, no matter whats in the management.
They might not own anything anymore and they dont know about it. Its China, baby! Thats how they roll, thats how they think. I dont say all of them but most of them for sure. A few frauds is normal, even in US that happened but we talk about like 1/3 to 1/2 of the companies here and thats an organized crime coming out of the Chinese natural habit. I can imagine some people disagree but thats how I see it. And its not about stocks only, I have plenty of other experience in other areas. And its not nice either.
