2. In what ways will the company that is assisting you with the share structure cleanup be cleaning up the structure? Without the buyback, shareholders don't see how you can do anything other than an RS.

We are still working on that, but I am assured the method will be beneficial to all willing to participate. Stay tuned for a mid January PR on this.
