Mining permits? What is there to mine? Their "properties" are a long, long ways from mining, so there is no need for permits. Exploration results so far are preliminary, and from what I have seen, not very encouraging.

The last drilling on any of the "properties" was probably in 2008 or 2009, when some of them were being promoted by Hunt Gold. GNCP has done nothing further. $20 million in debt, and no exploration.

Bottom line, no permits are needed to run a scam.
