I really know nothing about the operation prior to Glenn Simpson running the company.

I got involved when Simpson was already CEO.

I have been to several meetings with Simpson, showed him opportunities and he has backed away from all opportunities which can take this co the the next level with real funding. However, because he loses control he has continuously backed away.

Simpson is a control freak that's why it's a one man show..and no one works for him.

He threw Tim Lane under the bus to get his job. Simpson was suppose to be the CFO not the CEO.

He is afraid if he brings in talented people with real funding the smart money people would want him replaced.

The stock is $1.62 now was 3.00 two years ago and most shareholders bought in higher that here.
In addition he is doing under market financings that are hurting all shareholders value...
that's the bottom line...
