I did last week and he didn't get back with me yet. I'm sure that he is pretty busy or he is trying to lay low with info until after the acquisition. Normally he gets back with me within a day or two.

Also, on Friday I talked to the head of Residential Operations and Marketing at Sunworks. He told me that they are really excited about the aquisition and even more excited about the new technology on the 3d solar panels. He expects very rapid growth.

In a couple of hours I will be talking to Abe Emard CEO of Sunworks.
