Well, usually Scottrade would take longer than POS Eturd (when dealing with converted shares)~ Weird~

Generally, Etrade has less restriction n being less of a B than POS Scottrade (when it comes to pennystocks, Etrade would allow you to buy n sell almost any POS...I heard Etrade used to make you call in to buy NVOB...but just lifted that restriction; So I hope they will distribute those converted shares to u guys soon).
