joenatural ... Well, I guess ...

You didn't read my other post ...

"With regard to the current stagnant share price, I have to say that I'm actually a bit surprised that it's holding up as well as it is, and I do think that someone is accumulating a significant amount of shares while at the same time protecting a $.075 bottom. Due to the fact that Mr. Brodeur through William Nichols & Associates include Adaptive as being in its "Portfolio", my guess is that is who might be in buying mode, or perhaps it is ADTM's largest non-affiliated shareholder as Joe seems to be quite positive about. Anyway, I'm just glad we don't seem to be witnessing a big sell-off which I'm sure would take the share price much lower than it is now."

or you just thought I forgot.

Also, any comments regarding the following would be appreciated ...

1. What do you make of Adaptive's move from their office in the Oracle Building to its new location ?? FWIW, their old office is about equidistant between the new location as is OneScreen's office.

2. Do you think that the $100,000 LOAN to Mr. Shareef should really be a bone of contention here considering the fact that Adaptive didn't have the cash to pay him [the selling shareholders] the $500,000 for their Put Shares, and considering the fact that the waiver of the Leak-out Lockup Agreement will be of no benefit to him as long as all of his shares are pledged as collateral to the loan ?? Also, he has never before taken a dime out of the Company except for his salary, and it's a fact that this is the man who saved our keisters from bankruptcy ["our" meaning those holding MIMV shares] at a time when MIMV shares were trading at $.08 as is ADTM now ... I mean why begrudge him a lousy loan which he has to and will pay back with interest when I'm sure he's working hard to grow the Company in to a viable entity and gradually increase our share price ??

3. Why do you say, "Obviously Q4 numbers will be impressive and show continuing strong revenue growth" when the Company won't include the effect of Ember's contribution ??

Thanks in advance.

ADTM
