Zinc, let me spell it our for you.

The stock closed at $6.05 before the announcement.

They offer the new shares at $5.25. A discount of 13%.

That is the huge discount I was referring to.

But THEY(not me)come out in the pr today and say they based the offering on a 4% discount to the 20 day VWAP, like it is standard practice. In fact most secondaries are referenced to the prior days close not any silly moving average.

So again, they were trying to justify the pricing on a moving average to make the discount look small when in fact it was much larger. A little deceptive in my book.
