Don't take this for 100% - but I think these are NON-SiGe
parts.
Edit:
With SiGe and 65nm - the path should be clear and I said this
already - Intel will be EXTREMLY surprised, what AMD is able
to do, to do with "old" 90nm and even MORE with 65nm. But let
WBMW still dream a few night - he/she will need it in the near
timeframe.
