Cannibinor is on a lot of 'lists' however, the last thing heard was the clinical trial failure a few years ago. When stuff like that happens to a company like PARS, it's devastating. It deregistered, the officers left, there's nothing verifiable to tie PARS to the MJ sector so, it's probably best you haven't got any yet.
I know PARS was doing the same thing as GWPH, I remember GWPH used to be a foreign OTC stock, I started the iHub board for it, now it's on NASDAQ. The same crazy stuff could happen to PARS but, there's nothing to indicate that type of move.
