Interesting thought - I agree he was looking really confident but I doubt a blockbuster announcement is likely. Be nice to know who he was in discussions with though.

Also, you really need to reveal your valuation math fully; ,my view remains that a valuation is difficult without knowing the full detail of the acquisition (which is sort of acknowledged with the big range given).
