Why do we not take legal suit against those that are in charge. We can take suit against Mel Watt at anytime after the original loan is paid in full. I think the way to handle this is to take suit against the Managers personally rather than the government. Make them defend their actions rather than hide behind the veil of a government office. I am seriously considering a small claims action against them for dividends that I should have gotten as a shareholder. If everyone done the same, this thing would be over in a couple of months. Once the last payment is received, I think we should try the courts individually. Its simple math, you take the number of shares outstanding, and divide it by the profit taken by the government...that is your share of the divy. Mine would be more than 10K which is the max allowed in small claims...however, a bench ruling would open the gates for more individual lawsuits. Thoughts? I am willing to try this route, no one else has.
