I disagree completely. I don't believe anyone listening to the AGM would suggest that the company came close to making such a prediction for Q4. In fact, I wouldn't suggest any increases over Q3 results.
1) Mr. Bordynuik clearly stated that the Q started off slowly with part of October down for some time for inspection and maintenance. 2) Mr. Bordynuik made it abundantly clear that training new staff will take considerable time and that input/output would be impacted until they are all fully up to speed on the intricacies of the processor and,
3)They had to return unusable HTF which, undoubtedly, affected input/output.

Thanks Pacrat. And to that point even with this latest AGM, Bordynuik clearly made it seem like producing 300,000+ gallons of fuel was in the cards for Q4 2013 and the estimates seen here by serious longs confirms that expectation.
