OK I could not wait till Monday to make my oysters so I went in today. I used the Vortex as per my own instructions and turned out a great Batch of Chocolate salt oysters. I ran two batches of 40 pounds each and made about 1000 oysters. At $1.00 each and a cost of about $250 I made a nice $750 net before dinner!

Its a dream to use, not messy and a lot of fun!!! It's actually relieving to know I don't have to melt a huge kettle of chocolate to make just a small order. remember I am a fellow share holder so this is as important to me and it is to all GNGR share holders.
