Fidelity is the best IMO. Flat $7.95 trades with no restrictions on amount of shares bought or sold (just tell them you want your account coded for penny stocks). No other fees, charges or commissions of any kind. Watch what brokerage you use. Many will charge crazy commissions and charges on penny stocks. Whether you sell millions for thousands of $, or much less, it's a flat $7.95. You can't beat that...
