PMX Company Update



Dear Shareholders and Interested Investors

Welcome to 2014!

PMX Communities Inc. as a precious metals incubation company had a vision to build the FIRST American-made gold dispensing terminal. The MGIV gold machine launched in January 2013 and we are continuously updating the technology and the design for the next machines in production.

We are extremely proud of our efforts. The PMX Team and our global partners keep building this company for you our shareholders.

It has been a very busy January and we have plenty of work to accomplish with the 10K filing already in motion.

International Partnership New Updates:

:Impact Investment Group LLC is ramping up their international EBCC-MEBCC bullion currency/credit-line initiative with banking partners in Switzerland already in the loop. January will mark their European reveal and we are excited to be part of their delivery system roll-out plans.

:Our newest project is in Columbia and ramping up quickly and we hope to have news on our partnership in Bogota in the next month.

:Asia is still in motion and we are excited to finally with fingers crossed get a machine on the ground in this quarter.

MGIV Terminal Update:

As the price of gold took a downward slant, we removed the terminal from Boca Raton to update the technology while gold prices stabilized. We considered diversifying our product line for a US footprint, and brainstormed many days to make certain we did not desert the US home base. It was purely by chance that we saw the endless possibilities when a Bitcoin machine was launched in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Virtual currencies and e-wallets are a perfect fit for the technology developed in the MGIV. The Bitcoin revolution fits our vision and is becoming a parallel currency to gold, silver and gems. A Bitcoin integration product will be our first offering in our new terminals, joined with other new unique precious metals and gem products. PMX is thrilled that we will be able to bring to the US market a terminal with offerings that can all be traded, bartered, and used as currency for products and services globally.
