How would "decreased output due to running test batches of potential buyers' feedstock" be received here? IMO those who think who have consistently naysayed the company will scoff that it's just another excuse by the company for not being able to reach previously announced production levels, while those who believe will accept it as a necessary evil in the quest for processor sales......Regardless of how it is received, there are other scenarios that would cause a reduction in output that wouldn't be because the company is a scam (unless, of course, it is), or because the processor is a Rube Goldberg machine (unless, of course, it is).
