I will have to disagree with that comment, studying charts has always proved successful to myself it shows clearly the current market sentiment concerning this stock, IMO it would be wise to wait until or IF a new uptrend develops before taking a long position. Anyone that goes long at this current time is just plain gambling, The odds are way higher for continuing the current falling of PPS, then it is of rising. Again IMO I would wait until a clear uptrend forms again before entering a position here, way too many unanswered questions at this point.
