This whale had the opportunity on buying a huge position in it back when it was under .04 cents per share, but accepted the minimum price of .055 cents per share in Private Placement shares due to the fact of knowing exactly who this Mr. Mason really was, (one of the greatest and richest stock trader in history). He also has the potential of purchasing all the remaining shares, (10% of Total shares with the sweet deal made with MHTX).

Once the better news comes out, such as MD Anderson, or MithralMax production actually starting, promised revenue from CRS starting, or another metal contract, etc. the 15 million will not be nearly that much by the value of this stock then.
