Interesting Legal Article on Chinese Arbitration..

Breaks down how it works with foreign JV and how
certain treaties China has with foreign entities (US)
don't allow for certain enforcement things.

Also says that certain aspects of Hong Kong Court Injunctions
don't hold up in mainland china. Like Court appearances and Asset Preservation.

Just thought it was an interesting article..
