Here's another dividend penny to good to be true????

anyone seen this? have any thoughts on it?

I threw some money at it after scouring everything I could find.

Why would anyone sell a stock for .50 if they could get a special
divvy payment of $1.10? There was float of 13 mil, is that what's
being sold off? The company did do a buy back as well.

I dunno, I'm scratching my head over this one. Pink Sheet games???
